Mr Clooney weds next to Me

What’s your Claim to Fame?

Imagine getting married in the Venetian palazzo next door to where Hollywood hero George Clooney was married.

In 2002 I wed Michael at Palazzo Cavalli on the Grand Canal which is next to Ca’ Farsetti palace, where George tied the knot in a civil ceremony.  George would have had his wedding photos taken with the same view of the Rialto Bridge as we did.  How special is that. And he carried the wedding gift from the Venice Town Hall, like we did, a beautiful Murano Glass Bowl.   I wonder if he went to Harry’s Bar for a cocktail like we did?

What’s your claim to fame and are you living your best life possible.  Do you love yourself enough to look amazing every day?  We can’t all look like George Clooney or his bride Amal Alamuddil but we can have a Distinctive Presence.

You don’t have to be George to walk into a room and have everyone sit up and take notice.  Or dress like Amal in Stella McCarthy, Giambattista Valli or Alexander McQueen.  We can all learn to be poised and confident, if we take the time to look after our appearance.

You never see George looking disheveled or Amal not immaculately groomed, and so shouldn’t you.  Always dress appropriately and professionally. Your personal image stands for who you are and what you stand for.

To attract people to you, they need to relate to you and feel confident you know what you’re doing.   And always dress a notch above the norm to set yourself apart from the crowd.
